Anjali completed her YIC200hrs along with Myofascia Release Yin Yoga, and Wheel Yoga certification in 2021. Being a practitioner herself for numerous years, she has seen and experienced the true benefits yoga brings to one’s life. She is determined to make a difference in this fast-paced and somewhat chaotic world by bringing a certain stillness for people to have clarity and balance so that we can navigate through life totally involved yet undisturbed by it. She continues to attend many workshops that she can incorporate in her classes to add value to her teachings.
